TCA Combo Peel
The TCA Combo Peel is a light to medium peel that addresses fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation (hydroquinone and vitamin C) and over all skin rejuvenation. It contains 10% TCA, 5% Vitamin C, 14%Lactic and salicylic acids, 2% phenol and 2% hydroquinone. It is also topped with 0.3% retinoic acid as tolerated. Deka SmartXide Tetra CO2®
The Deka SmartXide Tetra uses a high-powered CO2 laser. The CO2 laser focuses on small fractional beams targeting water within your skin. Water molecules then absorb the laser energy and create tiny wounds in the epidermis. These small wounds kickstart the production of new collagen while also regenerating skin production. Any damaged skin in the outer layer gets removed. When this happens, it reveals fresher skin cells beneath it with an improved, smoother skin tone and more uniform texture. The tiny wounds created by the CO2 laser also help stimulate the growth of elastin and collagen. New collagen and elastin help your skin look firmer, younger, and more vibrant. Dermaplaning
Also known as skin blading, dermaplaning is an alternative to micordermabrasion and chemical peels. RF Microneedling
How is Microneedling performed?
First, a topical anesthetic cream is usually applied to the skin to ensure there is no discomfort felt. A handheld, medical-grade device is then rolled onto the skin’s surface. Very tiny needles on the device puncture the skin and trigger the release of growth factors which stimulate both collagen and elastin in order to smooth, plump, and firm the skin.
At North Georgia Aesthetics, we offer the innovative Sylfirm X microneedling system for the ultimate in skin renewal results. This dual-wave RF device combines radiofrequency, microneedling, and pulsed wave technology for enhanced collagen and elastin production.
We can also incorporate CO2 infusion into customized Sylfirm X microneedling treatments. The combined CO2 and Sylfirm X truly targets signs of aging, revealing dramatically smoother, brighter, more youthful looking skin after just one session.
What are the Benefits of Microneedling?
Microneedling can be safely and effectively performed on the face, neck, hands, and décolleté (or chest) area. This type of skin treatment takes 75 to 90 minutes depending upon the surface area being worked on, typically a full-face treatment.
What are the Downtime and Results?
Immediately after the procedure, the treated skin will appear as though it is sunburned. This redness lasts anywhere from two to four days, though some patients see their skin returning to normal within 24 hours. High-quality skin care products such as growth factors, peptides, and hyaluronic acid will help in speeding up the healing time.
As collagen production continues after the procedure, patients will note positive changes taking place for up to six months. We recommend four to six applications performed about 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.
PRF and PRP
Have your brightest and most vibrant skin with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin). PRF is a facial that uses a small sample of your blood taken by your esthetician. They then refine the sample with centrifugation to isolate a concentrated platelet-rich fibrin matrix containing your regenerative growth factors and proteins. These growth factors and proteins are then applied to your face with microneedling to help them penetrate deep into your skin to help promote new cell growth and tissue regeneration. PRF helps reduce the signs of aging like wrinkles, fine lines, dullness, patchy areas of your face, and hyperpigmentation.
